Her Instincts Were Right on Target...   8/21/05 Dear Mr. Raveis, My mother, Miriam Folb, just sold her house in Norwalk.  After interviewing several people she chose Susan and Steven Hanson as her agents.  She chose them for two basic reasons.  They sent her an impressive brochure / market analysis and they seemed to be very nice. Her instincts were right on target.  The house was sold to the second person who saw it and the Hansons proved to be beyond nice.  In fact, they are the reason I’m writing this letter.  Steven climbed a ladder on a sweltering summer day and fixed and cleaned a leader and gutters.  They also took care of a tree that needed to be cleared.  The most unbelievable thing they did, however, was hold a tag sale for my mother.  This required moving furniture, setting things up, tagging items with prices, spending a lovely Saturday in someone else’s garage, and refusing to accept a cent for their time!
